Sending them gift baskets and making a call to say I love you can make their day and let them know you care. · Aunts. Some aunts go so far above and beyond it is hard to tell them from grandmothers. If yours are spectacular, remember them on Mother's Day, too. A card, flowers, gift baskets or just a call to say hello will mean the world. · Your mother-in-law. Do not overlook the importance of this special lady. After all, without her, you would not have the love of your life. If you really want to score some points, make sure to spoil her almost as much as you would your own mom. Flowers, gift baskets, jewelry and breakfast out are always good ideas. · Family friends. If your mother or father had special friends that stepped in to help while you were growing up, thanking them is always a very nice touch. They will adore the thought and you will feel great for expressing your gratitude. · Special teachers. All too often we overlook these women who worked so hard to give us a good start in life.
